Job Description
1、Create an overarching communications strategy and plan for CKGSB to enhance our share of voice across target markets in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and hone our key messages delivered;
2、Manage global media outreach for the school, particularly English-language coverage in our target media (i.e. top-tier media like the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, etc.);
3、Proactively write op-ed pieces for faculty members and articles around CKGSB’s recent research findings, to be pitched to English-language media for wider exposure of the school;
4、Field interview requests received from journalists and arrange interviews accordingly with professors or other spokespeople from the school;
5、Produce thought leadership publications or reports on behalf of the school that showcase our faculty and other opinion leaders’ China insights that may be of global relevance, to be published in partnership with other leading institutions;
6、Create engaging marketing collateral (books, brochures, PPTs, introductions, etc.) for CKGSB that differentiate us from competitors and speak effectively to our global target audience, usually comprised of senior business executives;
7、Manage CKGSB’s English-language website, including the content produced and the site’s search engine optimization and marketing, while liaising with the website vendor and the school’s various programs and overseas offices;
8、Effectively manage the school’s communications vendors (such as media monitoring and PR agency) to maximize our brand among international business executives, opinion leaders and other influential players in China and abroad;
9、Oversee the strategy, content and engagement of the school’s official accounts on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc, while liaising across teams internally;
10、Acquire and maintain sound knowledge and understanding of the school, its mission, values, strategic goals, and programs to create more effective marketing materials;
11、Keep abreast of economic and business issues covered in the school’s target media, and actively conduct research and analyses of media coverage of the school’s competitors.
Qualification
1、Native English speaker or equivalent;
2、Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism or Economics;
3、At least 7-10 years of experience in journalism, communications/PR or other content functions;
4、Ability to identify topic trends and tailor articles that generate the interest of business editors and readers;
5、High-level writing abilities in English;
6、Intermediate level in writing and speaking Chinese.

Job Description:
1. 广告投放:根据历年的广告投放情况等数据,有针对性地协调项目广告投放事宜,与供应商进行有效沟通,研究新的投放渠道,确保投放的有效性;
2. 新媒体运营:策划并运营微信公众号等新媒体平台,追踪热点话题、主题策划、校友采访等,制作视频或撰写文章;
3. 物料设计:为项目设计并准备折页、海报、长图等宣传物料;
4. 活动策划与执行:策划并执行开学典礼、返校日等大型活动;策划及推动销售导向的线上/线下活动,邀请知名校友或教授分享,为销售提供有效支持。
Qualification:
1. 一流院校本科及以上学位,具有海外教育背景者优先,市场营销、中文、新闻等相关专业,具备良好的英文口语与写作能力
2. 具备市场公关、品牌传播、新媒体策划工作经验;

Business Development & Marketing
The Director works with the Chief Representative in business development, sale and marketing for degree and non-degree programs developed by the local team and those by CKGSB China.
The Director will align and work closely with Global Marcom and program teams in Beijing to ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing and PR global efforts. The Director is the point person on developing and executing marketing initiatives.
The Director builds client loyalty through his/her work to help grow the relationship and the CKGSB brand.
The Director will support CKGSB’s other regions and programs.
Client/Partner Relationship
The Director will be the key point person for working with counterparts on the client and partners team to fulfill responsibilities for executive education programs, academic and marketing events.
The Director will be the key person at various conferences, events, and programs representing CKGSB.
Project Direction
The Director will be responsible for the program end-to-end experience as relates to:

The Director is responsible for leading the execution of program delivery.
The Director is responsible for overseeing the Program Manager and assisting in managing the work plan.

Outbound Program Support
The Director with help from the Program Manager works with our colleagues in China on outbound programs relative to company visits, executive speakers, venue and logistics.
The Director will leverage our outbound programs.
Financial
The Director is responsible for working with the Finance & Operations manager to invoice, process expenses, educator contracts and coordinating with the team around the partner school and client contracts.
Supply
The Director is responsible for assisting in the creation of partner and educator contracts.
Design
The Director informs the design process, with a particular focus on marketing considerations, and recruitment targets.
Team Development
The Director contributes to raising the level of capability in the organization.
The Director is responsible for elevating the role and capability of client counterparts as relates to program effectiveness and logistics.
Other Occasional Tasks:
Works with Finance & Operations Manager with finance & operational issues relating to programs partners and clients.
Works with IT Manager on IT issues
Simple translation and coordination for non-Chinese-speaking employees with Chinese colleagues, if Chinese capability exists
Works with Chief Representative on special projects from time to time
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the executive education space, plus at least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and/or Sales, in Academia and/or Advisory/Consultancy
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
Minimum undergraduate degree, post-secondary degrees a plus
Experience in successfully managing and building strong relationships with clients, partners and staff
Ability to speak Mandarin a plus but not a requirement

Job Description:
1. Take charge of the quarterly print magazine as well as the CKGSB Knowledge site and manage all aspects of content generation: from story ideation to editing, rewriting, design, infographics, videos, etc.;
2. Generate enough new articles and interviews to refresh CKGSB Knowledge site each week with at least 3-4 new pieces of content;
3. Reach out to CEOs, decision makers and global thought leaders for interviews for both the magazine as well as the Knowledge site. Constantly set the bar high in terms of kind of people featured in the publications;
4. Manage the magazine’s newly launched digital app and think of ways to expand its audience;
5. Manage the school’s in-house digital studio and generate video interviews and other multimedia content;
6. Manage and expand distribution tie-ups with five-star hotels and airport lounges;
7. Manage and expand content dissemination tie-ups with top-tier global media;
8. Manage and mentor in-house team, freelancer writers and designers and magazine vendor.
Qualification:
1. Good editorial skills and a background in business journalism in top-tier media;
2. Well-versed in all aspects of magazine production, some familiarity with video production;
3. Good command over English, good rewriting skills;
4. Degree in business/economics;
5. Sound knowledge of business in China, policy making and the Chinese economy;
6. Ability to think in terms of constantly improving the magazine and setting the bar high in terms of quality and differentiating the magazine from others on offer in the market.

Job Descriptions:
Assistant librarian works with the library manager in conducting the information service objectives of the school library. Major tasks include:
1. Developing and managing collections of print/electronic books and journals
2. Selecting, acquiring and cataloguing information using library and information software
3. Managing buildings, furniture and equipment
4. Assisting users with information searches using databases
5. Dealing with user enquiries, which may involve one-on-one advice sessions

• Explore new channels and actively engage in various activities to promote CKGSB’s non-Chinese programs to English speaking community in Asian area as well as proactively approaching potential clients from overseas;
• Manage key accounts, design programs and prepare proposals that are tailored to clients’ needs;
• Conduct sales to clients and have the strong ability to turn interests and needs into deal;
• Work closely with the academic faculty directors and partners to ensure the program design addresses clients’ needs and the successful delivery of programs;
• Prepare promotion materials for the various programs- i.e. developing hard copy brochures in English, maintaining and updating feature pages on the school’s website and creating new promotion channels on LinkedIn and other social media platform;
• Manage on-site delivery to ensure smooth program implementations;
• Be a good team member and willing to support others when required.
Qualifications:
